Mr. Hildreth joins Marks Baughan from Truist Securities, where he was a Managing Director and Head of Business Services Investment Banking. Prior to Truist, Mr. Hildreth served as Managing Director in the Technology and Services group at Baird, where he advised business services and tech-enabled services companies over his nearly 16-year tenure at the firm. Mr. Hildreth began his investment banking career at Deutsche Bank Securities.
