Mr. Rose has nearly a decade of experience advising growth stage software and tech-enabled services companies on all aspects of sale and capital formation transactions. Since joining Marks Baughan, he has worked extensively across the Risk & Compliance and Financial Technology verticals having advised industry-leading companies like Iris Data Services on its sale to Epiq Systems, Datacert on its sale to Wolters Kluwer and Anaqua on its sale to Insight Venture Partners. Mr. Rose received his BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.
